With a hybrid profile mixing computer science, archives and literature, typical of the Digital Humanities, I am looking to develop my skills to be able to master the end-to-end trajectory of data, both on its collection and preservation as well as its visualization. I actively support open science and open-source policies and favor these tools.

Macro process modeling (BPMN) of the various ARS PACA departments, followed by an in-depth study and improvement proposals for a series of processes. Drafting of a final target scenario with a schedule and a cost study to plan the digital transformation of ARS PACA in terms of document and data management.
Audit and framework for the migration of various document scopes from SharePoint On Premise to SharePoint Online, including a review of storage improvements for various business units, including customer and supplier contracts.
Support for the management and operational monitoring of the digitization and deployment service, including daily reporting, risk management and drafting of deliverables (digitization agreement, specifications, etc.).
Audit of agglomeration and town hall services, to draw up a target scenario and a 4-year cost study for the roll-out of dematerialization in the two local authorities, with a focus on:
Creation of the data model and document management system of a European Union-financed project on marionnettes. Managing relationship with the IT service provider using Trello. Drafting of documentation and creation of software apps: gathering data with GraphQL, managing them with OpenRefine and DataIku, make visualisations with Kibana, RawGraph and voyant-tools. I also develop apps with Python and a platform with PHP.
Web indexing for the company, development of a web marketing and link-building strategy.

In general, I'm very interested in data visualization, web development and computer tinkering of all kinds. I sometimes post data analysis on topics that interest me, like this Twitter thread about video game reviews on jeuxvideo.com. I try to participate in Hackathons from time to time, especially when it's focused on legacy data.
I am involved in associations: I am treasurer of the association ADEMEC and I participate in the project Programming Historian consisting in creating tutorials to teach the basics of computer development or some technical points to researchers in Humanities.
I created and still manage, especially on the SEO part, my parents' website: minimes-semur.fr. More generally, I take a lot of pleasure in creating websites on my home server while working on my little personal projects:
